Most things in APOB just work, but when a page won't load, a generation errors out, or a result looks off, the fixes are usually quick. This page collects the common ones. If none of them helps, see Help & support for how to reach a person.
The page is slow to load or stuck loading
If a page is taking too long or seems frozen, switch your network (for example move between Wi-Fi and mobile data) and refresh the page, then try again — most loading problems are a temporary connection hiccup. If the problem persists after refreshing, contact support so the team can check it (see Help & support).
A generation shows an error or fails
First, just try again — a failed generation is often a one-off. The credits a failed generation used are returned to your balance automatically, so retrying doesn't cost you twice (see Generating & credit cost). You'll also see the failure in your Notification Center ("Your content generation failed"), often with a Retry action. If the same generation keeps failing, contact support and tell them what you were generating so they can confirm what's happening.
My result looks glitchy or has visual artifacts
If a generated image or video comes out with visual glitches or artifacts, try generating it again on the Ultra quality tier — the higher tier usually cleans up the kind of distortion that can appear on lower tiers. See Quality, resolution & duration for where to set the tier. If the glitch is still there on Ultra, contact support for help.

Open the in-app support chat and describe what went wrong; the team replies as soon as they can. See Help & support for the support chat, email, and Discord.
