Edit product is the Edit Video tool that swaps a product into your video. You provide a source video and a product element (an image of the product, plus details), and it places that product into the scene.
What does Edit product do?
It takes the product you supply and swaps it into the source video. Products are handled as elements, so the same image-and-details setup used elsewhere in APOB drives the edit. The panel is labelled Product image.
How do I run an Edit product edit?
Open Edit Video and pick Edit product from the tool switcher.
Add the video with Select content or Upload video.
Tap Add product image and create or pick a product element (see below).
Adjust quality and resolution in the bottom bar if needed.
Click Generate — the cost is shown next to the button.
How do I add the product?
Tap Add product image to open the product dialog. There you give the product:
A frontal product image (required), plus up to 2 additional images of the same product (optional). The in-app hint reads "Provide 1 frontal image and up to 3 additional images of the same product you want to swap into the video.", but the product is saved through the element form, which only accepts 2 additional images — so 2 is the real limit (same as Elements).
A product name (required).
An optional description.
Once saved, the product appears as a card in the panel. You can open its details with the info button, edit it (if it's yours), or remove it with Delete.
Can I reuse a product I made before?
Yes. In the product dialog you can select an existing personal or community product instead of building a new one from scratch, then it becomes the selected product for the edit.
Why is Generate disabled?
Generate stays off until you've added a video and a valid product. The product must have a saved (persisted) record, a non-empty name, and a frontal image — if any of those is missing, Generate stays disabled and you'll be prompted to provide the missing piece. A duration limit also applies, so long clips may need trimming — the limit depends on the quality you pick and is shown as a hint in the panel.
On mobile
The product card and Add product image button stack below the video. The product dialog opens as a full-screen flow for uploading the image and entering details, and the same required fields apply.
